«Οι σχέσεις Φιλιππίνων – Κίνας έπεσαν σε ιστορικό χαμηλό κατά τη διάρκεια της κυβέρνησης του κ. Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III». Τη δήλωση αυτή έκανε η κα Maria Gloria Macaraeg Macapagal Arroyo σήμερα Παρασκευή.
